PURPOSE:To ease shock at the braking time and suppress emergency stop operation by holding D.C. voltage by a D.C. power means in an elevator control device during the brake operation delay time at the lowered time of A.C power, and applying regenerative braking through an inverter. CONSTITUTION:When A.C. input power is lowered in voltage or causes power failure, a power detecting circuit 62 outputs an abnormality signal EM. Upon receiving the signal EM, a sequence control circuit 63 outputs a coil cut-off command to a mechanical brake 58 without stopping an inverter main circuit 24 and also outputs an emergency speed command EMS to a speed command computing circuit 64. At the time of decelerating by regenerative braking, a current flows to an inverter 24A from a linear motor 56. Accordingly, even during power failure, the PN inter-voltage of a condenser 20 is kept for more than the brake operation delay time. A cage thereby continues to be decelerated from the output time of the abnormality signal until the operation of the brake 58, and can be emergency-stopped after the lapse of the delay time. |
