<p>PURPOSE:To provide a large-size dustproof body suitable for the production of liquid crystal. CONSTITUTION:The dustproof body consists of an optical thin film member stretched and fixed to a supporting frame which is rectangular with >=200mm shorter side or circle of >=280mm diameter, made of tool steel or martensite stainless steel. The optical thin film member essentially consists of nitrocellulose having >=95 average polymn. degree and 2-10mum thickness and the thickness in the center area differs by <=1% from that in the circumference area. Thereby, requirments for a dustproof body to mask a large-size liquid crystal can be satisfied.</p> |
