PURPOSE:To drastically shorten the time required for discovering an abnormal waveform part and to allow the instantaneous reproduction and display of this abnormal waveform part. CONSTITUTION:A storage means (IC card, etc.) which stores the electrocardiogram data obtd. by an electrode 1 on the surface of a body is provided so that a trend graph 10 of the number of heart beats is first displayed at the time of display to a waveform display section 7. If an operator pushes a waveform key 18 after matching a cursor 12 with the abnormal waveform part on the trend graph 10 of the number of heart beats, the mode changes over to a mode for displaying electrocardiogram waveforms 19 which are the detailed waveforms of this abnormal waveform part. |
