Human face information about a user is acquired by an intelligent camera, a user identity is confirmed according to the human face information, a solution for controlling an intelligent household device is formed according to the user identity after the user identity is confirmed, a personalized service of the intelligent household device is provided for the user, and an active operation of the user is not needed in the overall process of providing the personalized service for the user, thereby improving the user experience.
