The oil filter for IC engine is mounted at the middle part of cylindrical body (1) for the first discharge tube (2) having a few oil holes (3,4) at the upper and lower part inserting a few filters (5,6,7) of different transmissivity at the circumference surface of the first tube (2). The second discharge tube (9) of funnel type has a few oil holes (8) at the upper part. A movable element (10) is placed at the oil hole (8) and inserted in the second tube (9), supported by coil spring (11) mounted at the lower part. A rubber plate (14) for preventing the reverse flow is mounted at the lower surface of cap (13) fixed on the upper surface of the body (1).
