PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indexed sheet capable of being categorized by size of indexes even with one type and eliminating troubles of replacement as possible.SOLUTION: An indexed sheet 3 is bound together with plural loose-leaf sheets. In the indexed sheet, large indexes 4 and small indexes 5 are provided along an edge part 311 of a sheet body 31, each of which is formed by having a raisable cut part 42 formed on the inner side of a folding line 41 arranged approximately parallel to the adjacent end side and can be pulled up while leaving the folding line.
