PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser treatment device capable of appropriately treating an affected part of a patient's eye by appropriately observing the affected part of the patient's eye.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic laser treatment device includes an observation optical system for observing an affected part of a patient's eye, and a reflection surface provided in the observation optical system for reflecting a first wavelength laser beam and a second wavelength laser beam. A first reflection area for reflecting the first wavelength laser beam and a second reflection area for reflecting the second wavelength laser beam are formed on the reflection surface in a divided manner, and observation light of the observation optical system penetrates the reflection surface. The ophthalmic laser treatment device further includes a laser beam source for emitting the first wavelength laser beam and wavelength conversion means for converting the first wavelength laser beam emitted by the laser beam source to the second wavelength laser beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
