An emergency expert consultation request method. The method comprises: a network hospital platform sends an emergency expert consultation request to an expert platform, the emergency expert consultation request comprising patient information and a reminding message (S10); the expert platform provides, according to the reminding message, an expert list corresponding to the patient information within a pre-set time limit, and sends the expert list to the network hospital platform (S20); the network hospital platform matches corresponding expert information in the expert list, and determines, according to the expert information, consultation information (S30); and the expert platform sends the patient information and the consultation information to a matched expert (S40). Also disclosed are a network hospital platform and an expert platform. A network hospital platform requests an expert platform for an emergency expert consultation, the processing time limit of the expert platform is ensured by means of a reminding message, and a corresponding expert is matched after the expert platform returns an expert list, such that manual appointment and long-time waiting are not needed, the timeliness of an emergency expert consultation is improved, and the appointment period is shortened.
