The filming liquor compsn. of pH 6.8-7.0 and 17.0-17.6 cps viscosity is composed of 25.5. wt.% pure water, 40.3 wt.% acryl emulsion as a thickener, 3.2 wt.% ammonium oxalate, 0.8 wt.% H2O2, 1.6 wt.% glycerin, 28.2 wt.% polyvinyl alcohol (2 % PVA) and NH4OH. The filming liquor is used in the formation of a screen of a cathode ray tube (CRT).
