This invention relates to forming the fastener made of flexible polyethylene on the the polypropylene film bag. The film bag is produced by (1) feeding the polyethylene resin into the die at 150-160 deg.C and forming the fastener having opening and closing performance, (2) attaching the fastener on the rim of a sheet in the extrusion die which is maintained at 200-220 deg.C and (3) extruding it in the form of a tube. The bag has an excellent transparency and rigidity, and is useful for packing container.
