HIGH STRENGTH POLYAMIDE ORIENTED SHEET COMPOSITION

The composition is prepared by (1) reacting polyamide based thermoplastic resin (A) obtained by copolymerizing nylon 6 and nylon 6/66 copolymer, copper compound (B) as an antioxidant, stearate compound (C) as a plasticizer, oleamide compound (D) as a slip agent and sulfonamide (E) as a softening agent, and (2) drawing and molding it in the form of a sheet. Especially, the sulfonamide is selected from benzene butyl sulfonamide or N- ethyl-o-p-toluelo sulfonamide, and the weight ratio of sulfonamide to the thermoplastic resin is 0.5-1.0:100. The sheet has a good tensile strength, flexibility and dimension stability, and is useful for belts.
