The flame resistant resin composition comprises: a polycarbonate resin (A); a copolymer (B) composed of rubber latex, aromatic vinyl monomer and vinyl cyanide monomer; flame resistant ABS resin (C) (containing bromostyrene compound); organic and polymeric halogen compound (D) containing at least one halogen atom; and antimony anhydride (E). The bromostyrene compound used as a flame retardant is bromostyrene, dibromostyrene, tribromostyrene, terabromostyrene or pentabromostyrene and the rubber latex is a copolymer composed of conjugated 1,3-diene copolymer and at least one polymerizable mono ethylene unsaturated monomer. Pref., the halogen compound contains bromine or chlorine. The composition has an excellent heat resistance and impact resistance.
