Filler valve for filling sacks - has valve which allows air to flow out but prevents flow of material

The sack made from foldable paper or plastics sheet is filled with a granular or powdery material by suction. The sack has a filler inlet (4) to which the granular or powdery material is delivered by a flexible hose. The sack is fitted with a filter valve (6) which allows air to pass through, but prevents the passage of the granular or powdery material. The material is thus drawn into the sack through the inlet but is prevented from flowing out of the sack by the valve. USE/ADVANTAGE - Filling sacks with granular or powdery material. The valve prevents the outflow of the material.
