A sign (1) suitable for mounting at a road bend has a number of panels (2), each carrying indicia such as a chevron (6), arranged in a zig-zag formation on a support. Two sets of spaced-apart panels (2) are thus formed, each set of panels facing front-on to one approach to the bend and end-on to the other approach to the bend. Chevrons (6) on alternate panels (2) which all face in the same direction, form an associated set of chevrons (6) all pointing in one direction. <IMAGE> |
