PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing elastomer blend suitably used for a fuel system component molding material when vulcanized in a single vulcanizing system, and excellent in moldability, vulcanization physical properties, chemical resistance, light stability and economy; and a composition capable of giving a molded product of the fluorine-containing elastomer blend.SOLUTION: A fluorine-containing elastomer blend is prepared by blending (A) a low-molecular-weight fluorine-containing elastomer with Mn of 5,000-100,000 and (B) a high-molecular-weight fluorine-containing elastomer with Mn of 130,000-3,000,000 together at a weight ratio from 70/30 to 30/70. Both the low-molecular-weight elastomer and the high-molecular-weight elastomer are copolymerized by an emulsion polymerization method using CFCFCFOCF(CF)CFOCF(CF)COONHas an emulsifier at a ratio of 0.05-0.5 wt% relative to the total amount of charged water. In the blend: a copolymerization composition consists of TFE 10-40 mol%, VdF 80-30 mol%, and HFP 10-30 mol%; and an Mw/Mn ratio is 2-20. A composition is formed using the fluorine-containing elastomer blend with (C) a polyol vulcanizing agent, or (D) an organic peroxide and a polyfunctional unsaturated compound. |
