Method of selective educing hydrogen from gas mixtures by means of adsorption method PSA in an installation containing a set of adsorbers filled with porous sorbent or layers of porous sorbents, operating according to a cyclically repeated schedule including technological operations of adsorption, pressure lowering, sorbent washing, pressure increasing and compensation, which are performed by opening proper cut-off valves installed at adsorbers according to a specified time program, due to which proper gas streams are supplied to or received from adsorbers, and in this manner a permanent process of gas distribution is performed characterised in that, after the adsorption, the operation of partial and cocurrent pressure lowering in the adsorber is performed, and the gas received from the adsorber is directly used for counter current sorbent washing in another adsorber, and next, the operation of cocurrent pressure lowering is performed, and the obtained gas is used for cocurrent pressure increasing in another adsorber, and pressures between connected adsorbers compensate with each other and next, successively, the operation of counter current pressure lowering and counter current sorbent washing with the gas obtained during the operation of cocurrent partial pressure lowering are performed, and the gasses received from adsorbers during such operations are joined with each other and removed from the installation as the tail gas, and after such operations, the operation of cocurrent pressure increasing in the adsorber with the gas obtained from cocurrent pressure lowering in another adsorber and counter current pressure increasing in the adsorber with a part of hydrogen received in the adsorption stage are performed.
