The chamber has a cylindrical form and is provided with at least one entry/exit for the animal to use. The chamber is formed as a rotating drum and has a part (3) of the wall of the cylinder, which is perforated and supports the litter material (4). A longitudinal opening (5) in the cylinder wall is provided, opposite to the perforated section (3). It is fitted with a pivot (6) along its longitudinal side for an assembly consisting of a cover (7) and a grill (8). These are arranged at right angles such that as the drum is rotated solid deposits from the animal are extracted by the grill and then tipped out through the opening (5). USE/ADVANTAGE - It provides a large space for the comfort of the animals and it is easy to clean.
