PURPOSE:To automate the work of mounting bodies in the specified arrangment to a tray and then placing tips respectively on these bodies. CONSTITUTION:Bodies are stopped being laterally arranged by a conveyor 16, and tips are stopped being laterally arranged by a conveyor 17 positioned parallelly behind the conveyor 16. In front of the conveyors 16, 17, a tray 6 is positioned on a table 13. This tray 6 is provided with several rows of laterally arranged mounting holes. The specified number of bodies are taken away from the conveyor 16, conveyed to the corresponding row of the mounting holes of the tray 6 and put into the mounting holes by workpiece conveying- positioning mechanism 18. The same number of tips are then taken away from the conveyor 17, conveyed to the corresponding row of the bodies in the tray 6 and respectively placed on these bodies. This process is repeated on each row of the mounting holes of the tray 6. |
