PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll pillow that does not put a burden on internal organs by an excessive abdominal pressure, and presses a lumbar vertebrae from circumference and stabilizes it, and thereby prevents the low back pain and improves a symptom of the low back pain, and provide a wearing method of the roll pillow.SOLUTION: A winding band comprising an upper rib tightening band and a lower abdomen tightening band is wound around the waist while tension is generated in the longitudinal direction. The rib tightening band is wound at least on the 10-th rib, so that the winding band may not be wound by excessive tension and a burden may not be caused in the internal organs due to an abnormal increase of an abdominal pressure. Also, the winding band is not bent in the center direction of a body and is not wound in a pelvis and a true rib, and therefore the abdomen circumference is tightened by the proper pressure, and a lumbar vertebra in the abdominal cavity is stabilized and the occurrence of the low back pain can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
