PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable minced meat to be pressed each time when a conveyor moves a prescribed distance in a minced meat transport device equipped with pressure plates which intermittently apply pressure to the upper surface of the belt-like minced meat transported by the conveyor while getting the regulation of the guide plates set in both right/left sides of the conveyor which can change a traveling speed.SOLUTION: In a minced meat transport device equipped with pressure plates 4 which intermittently apply pressure to an upper surface of belt-like minced meat M transported by a conveyor 2 which can change a traveling speed, the minced meat M is pressured every time when the conveyor 2 moves in a prescribed distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
