PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a driving operation perform stably and suitably when the driving operation is repeatedly performed at short intervals.SOLUTION: When a main valve 30 is changed from an open state to a closed state (when changed from state illustrated in FIG 3(C) to that illustrated in FIG. 3(D)), only a first main valve control passage 21A is used as a path for supplying compressed air into a main valve chamber 10A, while a second main valve control passage 21B is not used. Thus, the flowing-in speed of the compressed air into the main valve chamber 10A becomes lower than that when both the first main valve control passage 21A and the second main valve control passage 21B are used as paths for supplying the compressed air into the main valve chamber 10A. In other words, a response speed when the main valve 30 is changed from the open state to the closed state can be limited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
