PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body rear part structure that can inhibit deformation of a damper fitting face while reducing a vehicle weight and improving driving stability.SOLUTION: The vehicle body rear part structure includes: rear wheel houses 2, 2 installed on both right and left sides of the vehicle V and having a damper housing part 22 for storing a damper D; and a rear bulkhead 3 installed between the right and left rear wheel houses 2, 2 and partitioning a cabin CR and a luggage room LR. A bag structure 1 for forming a closed space is provided in an upper part of the damper housing part 22.
