PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system such that optimum arrangement of an image formation apparatus corresponding to a use state of a user can be proposed.SOLUTION: A server comprises: a job history gathering part which gathers job histories from an image formation apparatuses and stores it in a job history DB; a table generation part which generates a table in which use states of the image formation apparatuses by user terminals and by maps are recorded while map information in which histories of jobs stored in the job history DB, user terminals, and positions of the user terminals and image formation apparatuses are registered is related; a use time zone management part which generates use time zone information by rearranging idle time zones and operation time zones by the user terminals and by image formation apparatuses upon the basis of the job history DB; and an optimum arrangement proposing part which proposes an image formation apparatus to be suitably used by each user terminal upon the basis of the table, map information, and use time zone information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17 |
