PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for easy retransmission of a voice signal.SOLUTION: An input unit 20 inputs a voice signal. A generation unit 26 records the input voice signal. A transmitter unit 30 transmits the input voice signal. The generation unit 26 generates transmission information, on the basis of a transmission start time when the transmitter unit 30 starts the voice signal transmission, and the size of the voice signal. The transmitter unit 30 transmits the generated transmission information. When a receiver receives the transmitted voice signal and the transmission information, and reception information is generated based on the reception start time when the reception is started and the size of the voice signal, a reception unit 28 receives from the receiver a retransmission request according to the result of comparison between the reception information and the transmission information. The transmitter unit 30, when the reception unit 28 receives the retransmission request, transmits the voice signal recorded in a recording unit 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
