PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system which can manage an apparatus appropriately even if a local IP address assigned to the apparatus may possibly be changed, and to provide a management method and a control device.SOLUTION: An EMS 200 displays an initial set screen including an image for recognizing identification information of a storage battery device, in response to detection of the storage battery device newly connected to the EMS 200.
