PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device incompatible with a required authentication method with information on a terminal device compatible with the authentication method.SOLUTION: If a use request to a document management device 10 is provided from a first terminal device, an authentication method required for the use is specified. In addition, information indicating an authentication method with which the first terminal device is compatible is obtained.
