PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine which can suppress the lowering of the controllability of an injection amount of a fuel injection valve even if an error is included in a detection value of a current which flows in a coil.SOLUTION: A detected current I detects a valve-opening current value arrival time To being a time necessary for the detected current to reach a valve-opening current value Io which opens the fuel injection valve, and a peak current value arrival time Tp being a time necessary for the detected value to reach the peak current command value Ipeak*. Then, when [Tp/To] being a ratio between the current value arrival times is not larger than a reference value, the peak current command value Ipeak* is correctively increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
