PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bubble-containing liquid article stably containing many fine and uniform air bubbles, and an air bubble-containing laminate low in heat conductivity and dielectric constant and excellent in surface flatness by using the liquid article.SOLUTION: There is provided an air bubble-containing liquid article satisfying all of following conditions (1) to (5). (1) the air bubble-containing liquid article contains resin (A), a thixotropy addition agent (B), a liquid (C) and air (E). (2) the thixotropy addition agent (B) is contained at 0.1 to 20 mass%. (3) the liquid (C) is in a liquid state at 25°C. (4) air bubbles with average diameter of 50 nm to 40 μm are contained at 1 to 40 vol.%. (5) a curing agent (D) capable of being reacted with the resin (A) with heat is contained at 0 to 30 mass%. There is provided a manufacturing method of a laminate 1 including applying the air bubble-containing liquid article to a substrate layer (II) 13, then primary drying them at 30 to 60°C, then secondary drying or curing at a temperature of at least 10°C higher than the primary drying to arrange an air bubble-containing layer (I) 12 containing air bubbles 11 with average diameter of 50 nm to 40 μm at 1 to 60 vol.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
