PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component manufacturing device and a component manufacturing method capable of forming a cave in a work in a simple process of using striking force by a punch.SOLUTION: A component manufacturing device 1 comprises a die block 14 having a die 13 and a punch block 16 having a punch 15, and manufactures a component CP of a predetermined shape by applying heading molding to a work W by striking the work W held by the die 13 by the punch 15 by relatively moving the punch block 16 to the die block 14, and the die block 14 is provided with a cave forming unit 34 for forming a cave (a through-hole WH) in the orthogonal direction to the axial direction of the work W in the work W of applying the heading molding by operating by receiving striking force of the punch 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
