PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing/refrigerating showcase capable of defrosting every corner of an evaporator.SOLUTION: A freezing/refrigerating showcase 1 cools a storage using a cooling cycle C which includes an evaporator 8 for cooling air in the periphery by evaporating a coolant 16 inside a heat transmission pipe 15. The freezing/refrigerating showcase 1 includes one or more evaporators 8, and an evaporation pressure control unit 20 for controlling evaporation pressure of the coolant 16 supplied into the evaporator 8. The evaporator 8 is switched over by the evaporation pressure control unit 20, from a cooling drive pattern where the coolant 16 in the evaporator 8 becomes prescribed evaporation pressure to a defrosting drive pattern where the coolant 16 in the evaporator 8 becomes evaporation pressure higher than prescribed evaporation pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
