PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game device and a game system enhancing player's convenience in a carry-over.SOLUTION: A member managing device stores CU setting change notice 2 to be sent. When a member number designated by a card information request coincides with a member number designated by the stored CU setting change notice 2, the stored CU setting change notice 2 is retransmitted in S4060 since intention of a carry-over has already been verified for a member card of a member ID, thus eliminating the need for newly verifying the intention of a carry-over by a card unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 26
