PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis support system capable of accurately retrieving cases by using image comparison.SOLUTION: A medical diagnosis system has: a medical information display device which includes pixel code generation means for generating a plurality of first pixel codes having a plurality of pieces of incidental information incidental to a medical image including an imaging area and superposed image generation means for generating a first superposed image by superposing a first pixel code on each of a plurality of prescribed positions of the medical image; and a medical information management device which includes storage means for storing a plurality of second superposed images in which a plurality of second pixel codes are respectively superposed on the plurality of prescribed positions, identification means for identifying at least one second superposed image among the second superposed images by comparing the first pixel code with the second pixel code at the same prescribed position in the first and second superposed images and transmission means for transmitting the identified second superposed image to the medical information display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
