PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical member and the like that can suppress scattering of stray light caused by pigment even when used next to a light guide unit that transmits incident light.SOLUTION: An optical member is designed to be used next to a light guide unit that transmits incident light in order to dim the incident light, and is made of a silicone resin with a carbon black dispersed therein, where all the particles of the carbon black that are dispersed in a specific region of the silicone resin have short-axis diameters of 2 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
