PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor device with which it is possible to suppress a fluid flow from being stagnated in a housing.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor device 10 comprises a sensor chip 20 and a housing 60. A temperature detection element for detecting the temperature of a fluid is formed in the sensor chip 20. The housing 60 accommodates the sensor chip 20 and has a bottomed hole 62 one end of which is opened. The fluid is introduced into the sensor chip 20 side through an opening 64 of the bottomed hole 62, the flow of the introduced fluid is reversed at a prescribed position in the depth direction of the bottomed hole 62 and discharged to the outside through the same opening 64. On the wall surface 62a of the bottomed hole 62, there is formed, in at least a portion from the opening 64 to where the fluid is reversed, a spiral part 78 that is formed by a salient and/or a recess and that forms a spiral in the depth direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
