PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uplink power control method, a network side device and a user device.SOLUTION: An uplink power control method includes: a step 41 of allowing a network side device to set two sets of uplink power control parameters for the uplink signal of a user device, on the basis of the interference state of an uplink sub-frame; and a step 42 of allowing the user device to confirm the delivery power of the uplink signal, by notifying the user device of the uplink power control parameters of each set thus set. The network side device sections the uplink sub-frame into a plurality of sub-frame sets, and sets the uplink power control parameters corresponding, respectively, to the uplink signals of the user device, for each sub-frame set thus sectioned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
