PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase concentration more efficiently in separating water and an organic compound.SOLUTION: A separation device 40 separates a fluid to be treated containing water and an organic compound into a permeation fluid permeating a separation membrane 85 and a non-permeation fluid which does not permeate the separation membrane 85. The separation device 40 is structured so as to perform batch-type separation treatment, and carries out the separation treatment by switching to an operation condition for increasing membrane filter permeation capacity as compared with a predetermined operation condition, which is previously executed, when water concentration of a circulation fluid circulating a circulation passage 12 is below a predetermined range. The operation condition for increasing the membrane filter permeation capacity may include one or more of, for example, an increase in a separation temperature, a pressure reduction of a permeation side space, an increase in a linear velocity of the fluid to be treated contacting with the separation membrane or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
