PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: because a public line is used in a related communication system, a remote repeater cannot be operated if the public line cannot be used due to, for example, a defective base station or concentrated access because of disaster or the like.SOLUTION: A communication system of the present invention comprises: a command board to issue a command to a site; a member portable device carried around by a member; and an on-vehicle unit that communicates with the command board through an exclusive radio channel, communicates with the member portable device through the exclusive radio channel, receives a control signal from the command board through the exclusive radio channel, and communicates a signal between the command board and the member portable device if the control signal gives an instruction to cause the command board and the member portable device to communicate with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
