PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin structure manufacturing process in which the void residence in the stress-loaded region of a fiber-reinforced resin structure can be suppressed and the decrease in the strength of the fiber-reinforced resin structure can be suppressed.SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced resin structure manufacturing process comprises the steps of: laminating a plurality of fiber-reinforced resin sheet obtained by impregnating a matrix resin into a reinforcing fiber, to form a fiber-reinforced resin laminate; heating the fiber-reinforced resin laminate; and press-working the heated fiber-reinforced resin laminate using a cold press apparatus to form a fiber-reinforced resin structure, and in which the press-working is carried out in a state in which the pressure applied to the region corresponding to the stress-loaded region of a fiber-reinforced resin structure to be manufactured is relatively increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
