PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation composition excellent in dispersibility of a granular gel in a stationary state without being affected by fluctuations of pH in an external liquid or the addition of a salt, wherein, when being applied, the external preparation composition exhibits a fresh and refreshing feel of use and good coatability.SOLUTION: A composition comprises external liquid of (A) fermented cellulose and flowable gel which contains (B) granular gel containing one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of carrageenan, gellan gum, agar, curdlan, low methoxyl pectin, gelatin, alginic acid and alginate.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
