PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a startup operation system for synchronous generators that does not require a startup transformer or an in-site transformer for obtaining power of a 6 kV system when performing a startup operation of the synchronous generators that are installed in a first power supply system and a second power supply system of a fire power plant and connected to a turbine.SOLUTION: When starting a synchronous generator 1 of a first power supply system 100, power of a system bus bar 4a of a second power supply system 200 is stepped down by a main transformer 2a and an intermediate tap 11 of an armature coil 10 of a synchronous generator 1a and supplied to the synchronous generators 1, a stationary starter 8 and a startup excitation transformer 9. After startup as a motor and acceleration of the turbine, operation is switched to a motor operation. For starting the synchronous generator 1a of the second power supply system 200, power outputted from the intermediate tap 11 of the synchronous generator 1 is supplied to the synchronous generator 1a, a stationary starter 8a and a startup excitation transformer 9a and after acceleration of a startup turbine, operation is switched to the motor operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
