PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform imaging at each imaging part with high accuracy even in the case when brightness of environment changes.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: a luminance value acquisition part for acquiring the luminance value of a picked-up image picked up by a first imaging part or a second imaging part; a determination part for determining a tracking parameter of automatic exposure control corresponding to a change in the brightness of the environment with respect to the first imaging part or the second imaging part which has imaged the picked-up image; and a setting part for setting an imaging parameter to the first imaging part or the second imaging part, on the basis of the luminance value and the tracking parameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
