PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-forming/reduction apparatus capable of processing a petroleum-derived waste in a mixture waste state in an environmentally friendly manner to produce high-purity regenerated fuel, and an oil-forming/reduction method in the apparatus.SOLUTION: An oil-forming/reduction apparatus thermally decomposes a petroleum-derived waste and produces regenerated oil and regenerated fuel pellet from the resultant gas, and the apparatus includes a primary gas separation device (3) to process a thermally decomposed gas from a thermal decomposition furnace (2). In the primary gas separation device, a wax component included in the thermally decomposed gas flowing through an inlet in a lower part of the device is discharged through an outlet in the lower part of the device, while steam included in the gas is discharged through an outlet in an upper part of the device. The oil-forming/reduction apparatus also includes a secondary gas separation device (4) for further processing the processed gas from the primary gas separation device. In the secondary gas separation device, an inlet is disposed in a lower part of the device, while an outlet of the processed gas is disposed on upper end of the device, the processed gas is made to go through water such that a residual moisture content included in the processed gas is absorbed into the water, and a heavy weight oil component is separated as a liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
