摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method for reducing an amount of aluminum adhering to a tool surface during processing in manufacturing an automobile component by hot-stamping processing using an aluminum plating high-tensile steel.SOLUTION: The hot-stamping processing using the aluminum plating high-tensile steel uses lubricant to interpose a lubrication film into contact intervals between a tool and a material boundary surface, thereby reducing an amount of aluminum adhering to the tool surface during processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
