PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program capable of more flexibly providing a service with user recognition.SOLUTION: The information processing device comprises: an acquisition part which acquires first observation information indicating an observation result relating to a user; a recognition part which recognizes the user and variation relating to the user by collating the first observation information acquired by the acquisition part with at least a portion of second observation information stored in a storage part; and an output control part which controls output in accordance with the recognition result by the recognition part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
