PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system that can easily maintain uniqueness of an original copy.SOLUTION: An image forming system comprises: a reading part 3 that reads an image from a document; an image recognition part 5 that analyzes the read image to recognize the details of description; an image formation determination part 7 that performs determination on formation of an overlapped image on the basis of the recognition of the details of description; an overlapped image forming part 9 that forms an overlapped image in response to the determination from the image formation determination part 7; an overlap printing part 11 that prints the overlapped image overlapped on the document. The image forming system performs overlap printing on an original copy itself according to determination based on the analysis of the image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
