PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable elastic wave device.SOLUTION: A SAW device 1 comprises: a piezoelectric substrate 2; a plurality of excitation electrodes 3 situated on a main surface 2A of the piezoelectric substrate 2; a terminal section 4 situated on the main surface 2A; wiring 5 situated on the main surface 2A for connecting between the excitation electrodes 3 or between an excitation electrode 3 and the terminal section 4; a conductor pattern section 6 situated on the main surface 2A; and a cover 9 comprising a frame section 7 surrounding the excitation electrodes 3 and overlapping with the conductor pattern section 6, and a lid section 8 for blocking an opening 7a of the frame section 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
