PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to measure a surface shape of a measuring object without contacting the measuring object.SOLUTION: A light receiving/emitting element module according to an embodiment of the present invention is a light receiving/emitting element module included in a measuring apparatus that measures a surface shape of a measuring object along one direction comprises a wiring substrate; at least one first light receiving element disposed on an upper surface of the wiring substrate; and at least one light emitting element disposed on the upper surface of the wiring substrate and next to the at least one first light receiving element. The at least one first light receiving element and the at least one light emitting element are arranged in the one direction.
