PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output data in a method suitable for a data output destination.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: display control means which acquires predetermined document data, and displays one or more receiving destinations which can receive an article corresponding to the acquired document data; acquisition means which acquires an output method or an output data format for outputting the document data to a destination selected by a user from among the receiving destinations displayed by the display control means; conversion means which converts the document data, in accordance with the output method or the output data format acquired by the acquisition means; and transmission means which transmits the document data converted by the conversion means, to the receiving destination selected by the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
