PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device that enables reduction in a difference between the weight of an entire car and the weight of a balance weight by using a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An elevator device includes: a car floor support portion 11; a weight adjustment bag 12 provided in the car floor support portion 11 and having weight adjustment liquid stored therein; a car floor body 13 placed on the weight adjustment bag 12; compression springs 14 provided in the car floor support portion 11 to support the car floor body 13; and a plurality of storage tanks 5 each provided in a hoistway 100 to correspond to a landing 102 on each floor and including the weight adjustment liquid which is transferred to/from the weight adjustment bag 12. The compression springs 14 extend/contract corresponding to the weight of an article placed on the car floor body 13, and the weight adjustment liquid stored in the weight adjustment bag 12 is transferred to/from the storage tanks 5 in response to the extension/contraction of the compression springs 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
