The sanitary water supply armature comprises a cartridge and a stop element (14) which is inserted between the cartridge and an operating handle (16). The stop element comprises a stop pin that is aligned parallel to a control pin (20), protruding axially to the operating handle. A locking recess is provided at the inner counter of the operating handle, where a stop pin (22) is provided in a gripping position of the cartridge.
